1. Using PaprX

PaprX provides online tools and editors for PDF, spreadsheet and Markdown documents. You can use them as a guest or with a free account. By using PaprX you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you — for example to convert, edit or share them as you ask. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you upload.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use PaprX to:

• upload content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• spread malware, or try to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service;
• access other people's files or accounts without permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Guest use and accounts

Guest files are temporary and are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity. Account holders must keep their password safe and give a working email address. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Free service, limits and changes

PaprX is currently free. File size, storage and usage limits apply and are shown in the app. We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to give notice of changes that affect your stored files.

6. No warranty

We work hard to keep PaprX reliable and your files safe, but the service is provided “as is”. Conversions and edits may not be perfect for every document, so check results and keep your own copy of important files.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of PaprX.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use PaprX after a change means you accept the new terms.
