Privacy policy
Your documents are yours. We only process them to give you the result you asked for.

Files you work on
- Tools that run in your browser (for example Sign, Redact, OCR and the page tools) process your file on your device. The file is not uploaded.
- Tools and editors that need our server upload your file over an encrypted connection. It is stored privately and only you can open it.
- As a guest, your files belong to your browser session and are deleted automatically 2 hours after your last activity.
- With an account, your files, versions and drafts stay until you delete them. Deleted files are kept in Trash for 30 days and then permanently removed.
- We do not read, sell or share your documents, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Account information
When you create an account we store your name, email address and a secure hash of your password (never the password itself). We use your email address to verify your account, reset your password and send messages about your account.
Activity and security logs
To protect your account we record important events — such as sign-ins, uploads, sharing and deletions — with the date, IP address and browser. You can see your own activity in your account.
Cookies and local storage
We use only the cookies needed to run the service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in (or keeps your guest files together) and a security token that protects forms. Your theme choice is saved in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing links
If you create a sharing link, anyone with the link can view or download that document until the link expires or you revoke it.
Your choices
- Delete any file at any time, or empty your Trash.
- Delete your account in Settings; your files, versions and links are deleted with it.
- Ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — write to techwinderindia@gmail.com.
Security
- All connections use HTTPS.
- Files are stored outside the public web folder and are only served to their owner (or through a sharing link the owner created).
- Uploads are checked for their real file type before they are processed, and processing runs with strict time and size limits.
- Passwords are hashed, sign-in attempts and heavy actions are rate-limited, and every save of a document is a separate version.

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. For important changes we will tell account holders by email.
